The wedding is over. I'm a married wife now! But in an attempt to finish what I started, I'm continuing to update my long overdue blog. 

As in 'T Minus 3 Weeks' I once again stuck to a low-carb eating approach during this time and lost a few more pounds. It was still raining cats and dogs, so exercise was limited to 2 x skipping interval training sessions and Tracy Anderson Mat Method for toning my arms, legs and butt everIt felt sooooo good to get the endorphins rushing through my body again. Man I love exercise, more for the way it makes me feel afterwards than anything else.
